About
Driven by Excellence. Focused on People.
Cindy Lee brings a sharp legal mind, a deep commitment to service, and an unwavering work ethic to her role at Palace Law. Born and raised in Washington, Cindy’s path has always reflected a drive to learn, grow, and challenge herself.
Built on Excellence
Cindy’s academic journey began early. After completing her associate’s degree while still in high school, she graduated from the University of Washington in just two years with a bachelor’s degree in political science, earning Dean’s List recognition along the way.
She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from New England Law in Boston, where she distinguished herself both academically and professionally. During law school, Cindy received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, the New England Scholar Award, Dean’s List honors, and participated in the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program and the Charles Hamilton Houston Honor Society. She was also a member of the New England Law Review.
Shaped by Service and Experience
Cindy’s legal experience includes an Honors Judicial Clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court, where she worked directly with a judge on criminal trial matters and gained firsthand insight into courtroom procedure, legal analysis, and judicial decision-making.
Before entering the legal field, Cindy also worked with the City of Federal Way Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Division, helping coordinate community events and programs that brought people together and strengthened local connections.
Focused on People
At Palace Law, Cindy is driven by the belief that legal representation should be accessible, thoughtful, and centered on the people behind every case. She understands that legal challenges often arrive during some of the most difficult moments in a person’s life and believes clients deserve both skilled guidance and genuine support throughout the process.
Her dedication to the profession has already earned recognition, including being named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2026).
Outside the Office
When she is not working, Cindy can usually be found weightlifting, reading, spending time with her sister’s dog Dood, hunting for the perfect claw machine prize, listening to K-Pop, or enjoying an unreasonable amount of sour candy.
