Benjamin "Ben" Brueseke

Benjamin (“Ben”) Brueseke is a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Palace Law. He has been a practicing attorney for 18 years and has a great deal of experience handling bench trials and jury trials. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Ben graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in English while competing for his college wrestling team and earning a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After college, Ben earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. His law practice since that time has also included serving as a prosecutor handling criminal cases and child welfare cases.

In addition to his legal practice, Ben served as a Captain in the Washington State Guard, where he provided emergency management and disaster response assistance to the state of Washington. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and volunteering in the community.
