A Note from Patrick Palace
Thank you for being here. I know that there are times when you just need information. I know there are other times when you need advice or when you need an attorney to represent you. This website has been designed for all of these needs.
I have represented injured people for over 20 years. My office has represented people in all types of injury claims. We represented 15,000 people in a Class Action lawsuit, we have taken on large corporations, the state, counties, all major insurance companies, the Department of Labor and Industries and self-insured employers among others. We have handled a wide variety of personal injury cases from auto collisions to complex multi-party claims against corporate defendants. We’ve also represented injured workers in big claims and in small alike. Through it all, finding the path to justice always guides us. I am proud of the work we have done in this office these last decades and look forward to continuing that legacy in the future as our firm continues to grow, expand and give a greater voice to the injured.
Over the years I have learned that being a Plaintiff’s lawyer in this community means that I must provide people with access to the law, access to information about their health and welfare as well as provide advice and legal services. It is for this reason that I have created this website to provide a broad range of information, access and service.
