Jeff Twersky graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1983 and set out to become a trial lawyer. Today, Jeff has more than three decades of experience in the courtroom, and, after trying more than 100 civil jury trials, he has stopped counting. Jeff began his career at the largest law firm in New Mexico, where he primarily represented corporations and the state of New Mexico in business disputes and civil rights lawsuits. Jeff then moved to California, where he practiced with several smaller law firms, primarily litigating business disputes between corporations, and handling personal injury claims. Jeff and his family moved to Washington in 1996 and he started out representing some of the largest insurance companies in the country. However, in 2010, Jeff changed his practice and now only represents injured people. As a personal injury attorney Jeff uses the insight he gained from working with insurance companies. His goal is to help people who have been injured or killed in collisions and by the negligence of others to recover the proper damages for their injuries.
Jeff never hesitates to go up against an insurance company, a powerful corporation, or even a governmental agency. He understands that when people come to us, they are likely in a difficult position and believes you deserve the time to deal with your injuries, while we handle the legalities of your claim.
Jeff is married to a wonderful woman who “keeps him grounded.” Together, they have a daughter who is currently going to college, and of whom he is extremely proud. Jeff has been on the board of several arts organizations. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Districts of New Mexico, Southern District of California, Central District of California and Western District of Washington, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, 10th District.
