PATRICK A. PALACE is the owner and founder of Palace Law Offices. The firm emphasizes workers' compensation, personal injury and social security matters. Mr. Palace graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1991.

Mr. Palace has produced and moderated two television programs "The Peoples Law School" and "LawTalk". The second and current season of "The Peoples Law School" is being aired on Channel 76 in Pierce County. This program provides consumers with information about our legal system, and citizens rights and remedies under the law. Each program is a survey of an area of law which is taught by judges, attorneys and public officials. Statewide syndication is currently underway. A schedule of the current topics and programming can be found by contacting Pierce College. Thirty-three (33) programs have been produced to date. The Peoples Law School program was given the "Outstanding Community Service Award" in 2003 by the Washington Society of Association Executives.
The original television series, LawTalk was one of seven public service projects chosen nationally to present at the ABA convention in May, 1998 and received two ABA Public Service Subgrants. Law Talk received an ABA Outstanding Public Service Award in 1999.
Mr. Palace is a Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (WSTLA) member and American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) member. He is currently serving his sixth term on the WSTLA Board of Governors. He is concurrently the chair of the Pierce County People's Law School (1998 - present). He is a past member of WSTLA's Executive committee, chaired the Public Affairs Committee for 2 years, has been the state co-chair of the People's Law School (1998-2000), was the founding chair and executive Board member of the New Members Committee, past vice chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and the past WSTLA liaison to the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors.
He is a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars. He has lectured at the request of the Washington State Trial Lawyers, the Washington State Bar Association, and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
At the state and local levels, Mr. Palace was recently appointed to the WSBA Judicial Independence Task Force. He is a past President of the Washington State Bar Young Lawyers Division and is the former representative for the 9th District. He has served on the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association YLD Board.
Mr. Palace has served on the Board for the YMCA Mock Trial Program and is the past editor of the Medical-Legal Reporter, a quarterly journal addressing issues affecting the practice of medicine and law.
Mr. Palace is admitted to practice law in Washington State and before Federal Courts. He is a trial lawyer who has tried jury cases across the state.
