CHRISTOPHER S. CICIERSKI
Christopher S. Cicierski received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Following his employment as a criminal prosecutor with the Office of the City Attorney in Tacoma, Washington, he began working as an Assistant Attorney General at the Attorney General's Office. During his seven year tenure with the Attorney General's Office, Mr. Cicierski represented the Department of Social and Health Services in child welfare litigation and the Department of Labor and Industries in worker compensation matters. He often litigated to preserve injured workers' rights and remedies. Prior to joining the Palace Law Offices, Mr. Cicierski was a partner at the law firm of Lazaldi, Bender and Cicierski; a firm that emphasizes workers compensation litigation and resolution. As a result of his successes and years in L&I practice, Mr. Cicierski is a well recognized and highly regarded advocate in the courtroom and within the workers compensation field. He is a regular guest speaker on workers compensation matters at continuing legal education seminars.
In accordance with WSBA Rule 7.4(b)(3), the Supreme Court of Washington does not recognize certification of specialties in the practice of law and awards or recognition are not a requirement to practice law in the State of Washington.
